I was so excited right along with you. I got back from visiting our family farm in Pennsylvania which is bordered by two creeks and my very first trip down to the creek bed I found a beautiful HEAD! I was so excited but didn’t find anymore but still got some bottles and pieces of pottery. So very fun!

Your videos are some of my favorites! The enthusiasm is infectious! The music relaxing. I used to do the same things when I was much younger at a place called Glass Beach here in California. We would spend hours picking through the sand and glass looking for cobalt blue, red, and any other interesting bits. Some of my best memories were from that place. I still have a silver half dollar that I spent and hour chipping out of a concretion of sand and rust with an old pocket knife. I always looked forward to those days. Thank you for binging back pleasant memories! Take care and congratulations on your bead day!

Great film and wonderful finds - especially the pipe. My great grandfather was in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers in WW1 where he fought in the terrible battle of the Somme on July 1st 1916.

You could take one of those tiny bottles, put a cork stopper in it, and make it into a necklace. Perfect for keeping your tiny beads while larking. If you make it long enough it would absolutely perfect!

Made by a friend of Si-finds. ( he found the Garnets on the banks of the Thames). I hope that you're all keeping well. With love chez x

That stopper that looks like a vertical disc on top that looks like a head needs to be made into an angel! Cut wings and a halo out of a piece of scrap metal. And attach them on with a bit of plumbers epoxy putty! I think that is what you call milliput. Then you can make a lacey dress for it.

Great idea for keepng for keeping your nails clean. Before you go out push your fingers into a pot of vaseline, vaseline goes under your nails and then it is easy to scrub the dirt out afterwards x keeps your fingers soft too xx

The tiny beads....back in the 70s, love beads were very popular. Tiny multi coloured beads on nylon, worn as necklaces. They were 10p a string! They always broke in a few days!
