This easy chicken noodle soup skips cooking a whole chicken and calls on boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead. The soup still tastes incredible, satisfying, and classic. The significantly reduced cook time makes this chicken soup from scratch possible on a weeknight. We highly recommend chicken thighs for this because of their flavor and soft texture when cooked, but if you prefer them, chicken breasts will work.

My mother in law and I made it for my hispanic family and they LOVED IT !!! thankyou .. i added small jalapenos slices as an option and lemons with some tortillas chips and ofcourse handmade tortillas aswell to keep it a lil mexican lol EVERYONE LOVED IT !!😍

I watched this and made it for my wife and it blew her away. We went to dinner and my sister in law made chicken noodle soup and it was so boring and bland. My picky wife loves my soup and requests it all the time now Which blows me away I can’t wait to try it on her sister. THANKS GUYS 👍

A squirt of fresh lemon 🍋 at the same time you add the fresh parsley at the end would be a nice addition for some acidic balance and a shot of vitamin C!

I made this recipe... It has become my one and only recipe for Chicken Noodle Soup. It is perfect, in my opinion. One more compliment... My Dad is 75 years old and in poor health. I made this recipe for him on one of his difficult days and he said, "It tastes like Mama's recipe." That is a high compliment... My Grandmother was known as an amazing home cook, not only in our family, but in our community.
