no, please stop sharing misinformation! spouse will not get an EU blue card, as your residence card shows, it is not a Blue card, it is just a normal residence card with access to labor market, the decision is based on his EU blue card which means that if your husband lose his job within 2 years, both of you gotta leave the EU.
It's not about misinformation, but just about the name. If you think, about it even the normal blue card is classified under karta pobytu. Only differece here, is the ability to work for spouse, and linked to the main card holder, hence the name. Nothing wrong in saying that it is TRC with ability to work, but may be bit confusing. Hence we showed the card as well.

Minimum how many years do I have to stay in Poland before I can apply for the EU blue card? Or I can apply it as soon as I land in Poland? Is there a timeframe for this? Planning to shift in November..

Hello, could you please share next? - if I started work in February, applied in April and for example got decision in September and the plastic in December. Then which date of issue will be in decision and which in plastic? Because in Germany it can be February, meaning I did high qualified work starting that month. In Germany the date of issue can be in hindsight. Please tell for this example which issue date will be in Poland? Big thanks!
Hi To apply blue card do my wife needs to be there by the time of apply . We are planning to go separately as her visa will be delayed. And do we need to apply both TRC and blue card
Hi. Wife has to be present while applying blue card. Basically both TRC and blue cars are karta pobytu only so you can apply for either one. But if you're eligible for blue card then that is better
