watching this in September 2020 wanting to explain to you what "Stollen" is. So it's absolutly popular here in Germany (obvo 'cause it is a german pastry). It's like sweet bread with raisins, marzipan and lots of powdered sugar.

Your dinner looks scrummy. Love the desserts. Roasting Veg is easy. Toss in butter and veg oil, season, roast in oven dish 30 mins. Take out toss in honey, back in to oven and roast 20 mins. Just so long as parsnips and carrots same size, can roast together. Hope you have a lovely dinner. Loving your Vlogmas's x

A Stollen is from Germany it’s like a bread/cake with rosin in it and sugar on top x everyone in Germany eat them maybe with a bit butter on it x

Golden syrup roasted carrots and parsnips for ease! I literally just peel, slice into long strips and then through them all in a roasting dish, drizzled in plenty of golden syrup then roast for about 35/40 mins. I check them after about 20 mins and turn them xxx

Stolen is one of my mums favs it has marzipan down the centre... some places do it way better than others, such a fun video I need to embrace the Christmas food so much more and not fear

Bake your veg (carrots, broccoli, etc.) on the baking tray put butter in it and flip the veg over and mix in with the melted butter half way through. It is soooo good!

we have carrots flavoured with orange and honey roasted parsnips, not sure on recipes but if you google them then it’ll come up! and for other veg just butter makes them all nice! xxx

It amazes me how all these Xmas treats are already made and packaged. We would hand make most of that here in NZ! 😋

The fact i have watched this 10 times and I’m still not bored of it lmao

So everytime i make carrots i add orange juice to them. i just chop them up and boil them in a saucepan. And just before they get soft drain the water and add the orange juice. leave to simmer. Don't knock it till you try it!!! Its the best ever. And with the roast potatoes I normally make them from scratch. Chop them up, add oil, honey, sage and roast them. I put the parsnips in the tray with them as well. AND sometimes i peel some parsnips and put the peel in the oven and roast them. So theyre like parsnip crisps. xxx

Yes!!! Those roast potatoes are far better than normal roast potatoes and also about the gravy, I know you’ve already got normal bisto gravy but you NEED to try bisto best!! They have different ones like chicken, beef, turkey etc. They are unbelievably incredible gravy!! Loving vlogmas 💕💕💕

In work the chefs would boil the veg, and then fry it off in butter. I would cook the green beans off and add butter and salt to them to make them AMAZING

Babes put some veg oil in a pan and put it in the oven, when the oil is hot add in the carrots and parsnips. Put honey, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper, and just roast them. So good.

Cook the veg on a low heat,add some butter and leave them to boil for another 10 minutes.Add a drizzle of honey and a sliced cheese (trust me it works!).I use this all the time and the veg tastes delicious! Also love watching your vlogs and cant lie after watching this im desperate to go to Aldi and buy all those desserts.Very excited for Christmas and hope you enjoy your Christmas.Your vlogs are the best and connor and you are the best! Try doing lemon & sugar glazed carrots there amazing!slice & cook your carrots drain them then put sugar in the pan with juice of a fresh lemon until the sugar has dissolved taste as u go add more sugar if u need to takes like 5mins there my Fave 🎄🥕🍋

I roast my sprouts, parsnips and carrots together in my big roasting tray and just season with salt and pepper, drizzle with honey and roast it in oven!! X

:) carrot and parsnip tip :) x .... part boil the carrot and parsnips .... then chuck them in the oven to roast :) about 10 mins before they are done coat them with honey chuck them back in the oven and they will be sooooooo delicious :) careful not to burn the honey :) x your welcome boo ❤️❤️❤️

Roast your veg hun in butter and honey with nutmeg and make a Nutella cheesecake make your biscuit base and the topping is so easy one tub of large Nutella two tubs of mascarpone and one cup of double cream whisk until thick then add to biscuit base and put in the fridge until set then decorate the top I sprinkle the top with coconut because I love it but you can add whatever you like crushed nuts grated chocolate,edible gold dust from hobbycraft 😘🎄❄️☃️
