A day in Abu Dhabi where we visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the F1 circuit and then spent another evening in the Italian restaurant. Piano vocalist: ...
Hey guys, new sub here! Great footage and scenery! We would love to travel outside our comfort zone which is the Caribbean! Looking forward to more of your travels...Happy traveling!
Andy & Kirstie, Wonderful views of Abu Dhabi. We hope to get their at some point in our travels. The Linguini looked amazing and prepared in the cheese wheel was very different. Thanks to you both.
Beautiful scenery thumb up. As I watch you eat your pasta it reminded me of a piece of knowledge that was passed on to me long ago. There are three ways to eat paste, back in the day (1700's) Italians would eat their noodles with their hands a little messy but effective, the second method is the technique that you employed spinning the noodle on to the fork against the side of deep dish rim, and the third is to also incorporate the large spoon that was on the table in front of your plate. You basically do the same, only spin the noodles on the fork into a manageable nest bite in the spoon which may help reducing the chance of spinning your meal across the room... lol.
I did use a spoon to spin my spaghetti in when I had a bolognese in the previous vlog which did work ok. I'm not sure Kirstie would appreciate me eating it with my hands!
Yeah and it's often quite hard work creating that illusion! I think it's much nicer to watch without the crowds of people getting in the way, especially somewhere as amazing as the Grand Mosque. If people want to see the crowds though, that would be easy!
I had the pleasure of visiting The Grande Mosque the year it was first being opened , so there were parts that were still being finished , it was stunning then but now how beautiful is it now that it’s finished .I love Abu Dhabi 😌
