Our dear colleague Rana Program and Project Director at Bisan Association, narrates her evacuation from Rafah following immediate orders from the Israeli Army. This movement was extremely difficult for thousands of people, including many of Rebuilding Alliance's CBO partners, who had not only themselves and their families to save, but the food and supplies that would ensure the lives of fellow displaced Palestinians. Rana shares how urgently they needed to evacuate, how quickly they had to move, and the help they received from dear friends and neighbors. In the background, cars are packed to the brim, new shelters are built and latrines are dug by displaced Palestinians.
