Glad you had positive experience with Gio. As for me, I am extremely disappointed with the dog training service provided by Gio Marcelo.I had high hopes based on their website and initial consultation, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the training sessions were poorly organized. The trainer often arrived late, and there was no clear structure or plan for each session. This lack of consistency made it difficult for my dog to learn effectively. He seemed more interested with his car than the dog. My dog showed little to no improvement over several weeks, despite following all instructions and practicing diligently. The trainer seemed impatient and uninterested in adapting their approach to suit my dog's needs. Additionally, communication was a major issue. The trainer rarely responded to my questions or concerns in a timely manner. When they did, the answers were often vague and unhelpful. Lastly, the overall environment was not conducive to learning. The training area was chaotic and noisy, making it hard for my dog to focus. This only added to the stress and frustration for both of us. Overall, I regret choosing Gio Marcelo for my dog's training needs. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for effective and professional dog training. Just sharing my experience, pls remove if you wish.
