Hi Guys, Welcome to Swati & Sachin Vlogs.
In this video we have shown our dream home. This house we bought in 2021. Its a Duplex having 1750 square feet of living space. We have a beautiful garden in the front and back. The basement is still unfinished. I hope you guys will enjoy our home tour.

Very well decorated, nicely furnished and located home and truly reflects your Tastes. I have some queries, if u guys feel free then kindly reply, - What’s the sq ft? - how much does it cost?? What’s the down payment ? Have u made any bank loan regarding this and if so, how many yrs will it take to pay it off? - How much has it taken to furnish the house tentatively?? Only kitchen appliances were included with purchasing price? Best wishes TIA

Hi Thank you for your message. It is 1750 sq ft approx. ( without basement) It’s around 400K canadian dollars. For first time home buyers there is only 5% down payment is required. Usually all the banks here do mortgage for 20-25 years. But if you want to pay it off early then you can. For furnishings we have spent around another 10K. Yes only Kitchen appliances were included that we also have made some upgrades by paying little extra.

Hi dear. Thank you so much. And yes this house has a basement too. But our basement is not finished yet so we didn’t showed it. But you can also buy a house with already finished basement.

Hi Gabriela, you don’t need to apologize that’s a very good question actually. This kind of house costs differently throughout Canada. But we live in Alberta province where you can get this kind of house in between 400000-450000 CAD$. If you have more questions regarding houses in Canada we would love to answer.

Beautiful home😍 Were you on the NorthWest or SouthEast part of Edmonton? How's Edmonton? Last year, had our West Coast Roadtrip from Toronto to Yoho and visited some friends in Edmonton West. We fell in love instantly. Now, we're on researching and planning side and hopefully in God's time, move to Edmonton.
