Wow. It's really coming together now Nicole. Your husband and all your male relatives and friends have done an amazing job. So much hard work all done by hand. Back in the 50's my Dad built the house we grew up in. He built it just the same as these men are doing with the same concrete blocks and cement. He built one half first and then built the second half at a later date. The land and house he built is today worth over $1,000,000. It is in a suburb of Brisbane in Queensland Australia. He was 94 when he passed last year and he could not believe before de died that the land and house were worth that much. He sold it in the 70's for $66,000. Sadly the home will be sold again one day and everything demolished and a gross modern monstrosity built in it's place. Concrete is one of the strongest building materials and is warm in winter and cool in summer. I can't wait to see your home when it is complete. ❤

Puwede naman sementuhin floor ng cr kahit wala pang toilet bowl dahil ipapatong lang naman ang toilet bowl kapag nilagyan na ng tiles. Mauna kasi sementuhin ang sahig tapos lagyan ng tiles after niyan saka ipatong ang toilet bowl.

Dito sa metro manila may penalty kasi pag nakita outside na ng lupa niyo. Baka kasi bigla ipatanggal doble ang gastos. Also do you consider the set backs? Also putting plants in a concrete can compromise po un structure lalo un mga ugat kasi pwede makasira ng concrete not unless naka paso. Or not direct na nakatanim. Hope you consider.

Omg. Please, don't get upset with me, but really worries me the way they are doing the construction of your house, are you guys sure they know what are They doing? I am seeing that many blocks are glued together without mixing between, as if they wanted to save material but that is very dangerous, is not safe at all.sorry I never comentes but this time, i couldn't contain my self, that worries me 😰
