We are back. Fall was waiting for us.
We came back recharged and ready to go back to our routines.
We put coats and jackets over our tanned bodies kissed from the Greek warm sun and we are getting ready for the halloween celebration and we enjoy the Fall colors in the nature that we love so much.
As I put halloween decorations on the walls, for the first time in my life, since in Greece we don’t have halloween but Apokies and it’s not at the end of October but before Easter, I remember all these beautiful memories that we carry with us from the summer.
Ellie is excited about Halloween so we do craft almost everyday with Halloween theme and of course we are baking Halloween cookies. Pumpkin spice cookies with cream cheese stuffing. They were so delicious that we ate them in a couple of days.
