Here is our weekly menu for our family of 10. Thank you so much for all of you with your suggestions on different dinner ideas. Make sure to keep them coming. I am taking note and writing them down. Like I said last week, it just feels so good to start being more organized and having a schedule for our meals, the holidays were so crazy and I just felt like I had no control over anything. But I’ve been going through the house, organizing every room, throwing out stuff, packing away stuff, and getting things all set up nice so there’s no clutter around the house.
The red beans and rice that my kids made for us was absolutely amazing and I’m glad that I put some aside for me to have lunch the next day. I’m super excited for these recipes this week and to bring you another dollar tree dinner and it’s gonna be way better than the last one.
Here is the weekly menu for this week, if you’re looking for some ideas, make sure to follow this series I’m gonna be doing every single week and I’m going to jot down the list so you can have it and possibly add it to your dinner menu:
Sunday was red beans and rice from my kids
Monday was leftovers, we had to finish up the red beans and rice, and the vegetable stirfry
Tuesday is my Dr Pepper pop roast, I change it to pop instead of pot 😂 I’m also going to be making a creamy, garlic, mashed potatoes and carrots for my husband

Wednesday is homemade beef stew and I’m gonna serve it over huge buttermilk biscuits. Make sure I add lots of additional melted butter on top. It’s gonna be good.
Thursday is Saulsberry meatballs instead of putting it over mashed potatoes I’m going to put it over egg noodles and make a mashed cauliflower to substitute for mashed potatoes
Friday is gonna be my dollar tree dinner like I said in the video I’m not sure which meal I’m gonna go with but I’m definitely gonna be doing them both I’m just not 100% sure which one I’m going to be doing this week.
Saturday I am going to be making a grilled teriyaki chicken for my husband with grilled pineapple and veggies, and I’m kind of leaning toward the asparagus.
