This whole episode was a bonus chapter in the manga that happened before they got Bond. The manga readers were upset it was skipped so this was an excellent way to start the season.
I didn't realize how much I missed this absolute mess of a family until I watched this episode. I was all smiles the entire time and just gushing over the amount of "Thorn Princess" and "Competent Anya" content we got in just one episode!
Just in case you didn't notice, Anya was able to make a bomb because she was reading the mind of the guy that tried to kill Yor. That's how she knew the ingredients she needed and where to find them.
Which is something I loved, because someone her age wouldn't be able to follow such precise instructions and requirements. She quite literally could've blown herself up but she's smarter than she shows and was able to: make a bomb, set up the hallway and washbin, and know what to say to scare the guy enough. All under the limited time she had as the guy sprinted to the pantry room.
The fact that she was able to make one that quick WHILE setting up the traps on the door and the floor is honestly really scary, she'd make a fine spy and an assassin when she grows up given she gets proper training
hayamin (yor’s va) said in an interview that she bumped her knee in smth before the recording, it was hurting but she said it helped her imagined yor’s pain better (so she just recorded the buttshot date with a bruise)😭
The world is not ready for a grown up Anya, she is already scary, got to love her peanut bomb! Only Yor would survive puffer fish venom with a smile! Frankie and Anya…my favorite partners in crime! A hilarious and good first episode!
yeah i saw that picture of Anya when Gojo turned around and instead of the Prison Realm it was Anya standing there xDD thx to Anya Gojo is sealed now 🤣
Nah, I hate the baby idea. It kind of paints the adopted child, that is Anya, as being lesser than a blood child. The child role is filled, and the family is complete.
@@sammydray5919maybe when she is 10 years old. Old enough to be an older sister but young enough to still has conflicts about having a little sister/brother and being jealous of her/him
fun fact - the whole operation "Strix" takes its name from the Greek word for "owl" [strix] - if you look at Donovan, you can see that his eyes are like an owl's...
Here in exhibit A, we witness the proof of Yor having so much cake that a bullet did not simply go through her at such a close range, rather she had to pull the bullet out after it got stuck in her ass cheek.
Yor has sidekicked a car off course, took a bullet without it going through, and had a full glass of blowfish. She's more than the winter soldier, My point of view, her power on a similar level to Wonder Woman,or at least it's at the level of Terminator T-850. Btw:Bear in zoo was frightened because of Yor,Really funny🤣 Another thing worth mentioning is that aside from Yor, who has the physique of a Terminator, A lot of people ignoring Anya, who's less than six years old but can make a bomb in a short amount of time according to the villain's idea and mix peanuts into it, Anya is really amazing too😄
The first car accident we see in the first episode of Anime Is yor and loid they are gonna die in this season iam a manga reader Joking 😂 I am not a manga reader It's just a fake spoiler
The bleeping really cracked me up when he was talking about how to use the kitchen ingredients to make a canister. One of those ingredients is sugar if you can believe it. I guess they don't want anyone replicating this at home. Funny episode, I really enjoyed it.
Hey Charlie, you got great taste Cuz Loid’s my fav too! It’s hilarious how Loid and Yor are disastrous, endearing, and dangerous at the same time with an adopted daughter who are just as much of a mess as they are. XD
Very happy it's back! If you want a date with Loid then get shot in the arse 😂. Thanks guys for your review as always and to whomever spoiled you on JJK Carlie, they're a royal...
I love how in the beginning, Yor's left eye keeps twitching as she struggles with the pain. I don't know if it's done on purpose because it's her left butt that's hurting, but it's hilarious.
Fun Fact: this Episode was adapted from an Extra Chapter of the Manga. This was one of my favorite Anya Moments, imagine how Adult Anya might be like? Also, apparently this Season is just going to be 12 Episodes this time, due to the Movie. Also, also, remember the Red Circus, they might become important later on, likely in a Future Season.
This episode was a riot and a Greta start of season 2. I can’t believe the Yor never thought of lying. 😂 Say “I had an accident and hurt my back. I got hit by car”🤣
I'm pretty sure this episode is entirely anime-only "filler" but if I hadn't read the manga, I wouldn't have noticed. It's so rare to have filler material that doesn't stand out like a sore thumb, even to anime-only viewers. Makes me appreciate this anime even more. Yor really looks like her brother when she puts on her grumpy face. ^^
So glad I'm subscribed to ya'll! Didn't realize season two already dropped until I saw this uploaded! Went to watch it real quick before coming back for your reaction!
I Will be honest; this made me feel like a boyfriend who goes through her time of the month for the first time with her and is like trying to adjust to like- her mood? It really gave me that impression but pictured in another way? Idk!
I don’t remember this at all in the manga so maybe this season is gonna be anime only content😁 Btw I’m not far in the manga, only on volume 9 so maybe this arc happened later in the manga
Imagine how insanely good anya being a a double agent as a spy and Assasin when she grown up if the world is still messed up which mean her parent is die right now.
