Also a way to make extra cash on the jobs. Just bring a dump to any job requiring digging or excavating and load it versus leaving it in a pile at the site. Then sell it at the quarry.
Licenced machines would really make a difference if they had stats and difference between each one rather than just a licenced skin on a standard machine.
A great tip I've learned is a little cheesy, but it gets you extra money. If you have to dig out an area, for example a house foundation, use a large excavator and a dump truck. When you've filled the dump truck, enter the context menu, select fill up, and then select empty to sell the soil that's in the truck. Then rinse and repeat till you finish the job.
I'd love to see first-person view as much as possible, particularly when on foot; it would fit with the Survival Challenge series I've watched every episode of so far!
I’ve had some issues with crashing but overall I’ve really been enjoying the game. I hope more people who play FS play this because I feel like this is just the beginning of something special.
Missions seem easy now and you are only doing 10-20% of the job , later on as you will progress (Daggerwin), you will see that you will need to do a lot more that just one strip of compacting or digging just a small hole or 2, next vehicle you should buy is a big excavator, it will save you a lot of time in bigger contracts .

Daggerwin, I've been watching since like FS15, even went back and watched some of your older videos. You probably won't see this, but that's okay. I think I remember hearing you say you have an RTX card, look up RTX Broadcast, I feel like that program would help. It does an amazing job at blocking clicks, and other noises out. Even echo, it uses the RTX cores to block it out. Definitely give it a try! And not that any of those noises bug me, half the time I don't even notice. Just a thought, I use the program myself for my videos. Figured I'd give you a heads up.
In the game 'Truck World: Australia ', fuelling is so realistic. We have to put the fuel pipe into the fuel tank and refill and we should keep the pipe back where it belongs. But the game hasn't been out yet
Daggerwin for your survival challange I recomend the John Deere 8000, it costs £80k and it starts at 180hp but u can upgrade it to 261hp for free. 😮hope u see this!

I would be careful with emptying the trucks too. I made a mistake on a contract, got a truckload of blacktop, and instead of dumping it into the pavement machine, I emptied the truck. I was so mad, I haven't played the game in four days. Edit - Make sure you check the map from time to time. The directional arrow on the street will often take you off course. It happened to me more than once. So annoying. Don't you love how the machinery has no traction, and if you're using the keyboard, braking is reversing, but instead of coming to a complete stop, it rams into reverse and speeds up insanely fast while I use the backhoe. This game needs work.
Hay drag start with the contracts till you build up your fleet because the campaign contracts cost a ton of money and equipment to do so you don’t have to rent that. Final thing you can dig up the excess dirt put it in a dump truck and sell it at the quarry for extra money instead of just poring it on the ground and letting it disappear
I play the game and am in it pretty far into the campaign and would say save all the money you can now and buy equipment instead of renting it will cost less in the long run
at the higher difficulty settings you need to fast travel unless you have another 3 people helping you i know it can be a single player game but it is best done with other people or else it will just be frustrating
very nice, you can loose part of the load when driving like a maniac (my default setting on farming simulator). Imagine if FS22 was like that on hard mode. Wonder if the game has the ability to tie a cover over the load of gravel.

I play on console Xbox s. Is there any way to turn off the automatic directional change that changes your view automatically? I really like to choose my own view
