Our First Disney Cruise - Disney Wish - Feb. 2024 - Pirate Night

Our second day on the Disney Wish was full of pirate fun! We enjoyed breakfast in Marceline Market as we watched the ship dock in Nassau. Unfortunately, it rained nearly all morning and afternoon, so it was a good day to stay onboard and enjoy the activities. We made it to the Tie Breaker in Easy Disney Trivia, learned how to draw Captain Hook, ate two lunches from Mickey's Festival of Foods, watched The Marvels (and loved it!), as well as savoring a nice nap. There was A LOT of entertainment in the evening between The Little Mermaid in the Walt Disney Theater, Mickey and Minnie's Pirates of the Caribbean show on deck and the Pirates Rockin' Parlay Party before the fireworks at sea. We also loved eating at Worlds of Marvel; great food and a hilarious show for Marvel fans. What a great day!

Hey, we made an appearance on your Marvel dining…My child clinging to me, scared of Spider Man! I wish I had the chance to have met you both. Your hubby is on my birthday video. We shared a time and space, and hopefully will meet you next time. It was an awesome trip! How come you both looked so chill, and seemed so relaxed…the 3 night went like a blur to me. I did use the ice cream as a bribe and reward for my child to behave. You are right, I blog too so I can remember. I agree with you on the Little Mermaid…but my child slept through it. Ursula was indeed amazing! Did you by any chance got a pic of the BingBong sundae? I’m doing a video about that. Because we ordered it and once we got to the dining, they wanted us to produce the receipt before they served it. We had to leave and look for the receipt that took us forever. By the time that they delivered to Sundae, I was so exhausted I forgot to even take a picture of it.

The only reason we looked chill was because we left our kiddos home! Haha. Otherwise, I would have been totally frazzled too. I didn't get any pictures of the BingBong sundae. Sorry!

@@justadreamaway1971 now that’s the secret. Next time I’ll leave Lizzy in the kids clubs from daylight to midnight, and get that massage. I didn’t have a vacation, I was a mom on a mission to make this first cruise close to how I envisioned it to be. I got close. Minus the fact my child was scared of the Disney and Marvel characters. I totally get it. Whenever you take the babies on vacay, it's not really vacation - just parenting in a different location. We make awesome memories with the girls, but I always stress when we go to a new place with them. I hear you! Thanks for supporting the videos!

So glad you had a good time. Did you have a virtual port hole? Where is your picture of you and Captain Jack? Did you like your server, assistant server and head server? They are exclusively a Disney thing. I hope you had good ones.

No virtual portholes on the Wish. I didn't meet Captain Jack. Our assistant server was a sweetheart; kind of found the server a bit pushy. He did not like it when you ignored his recommendations.
