Our First Fundraising Event | Mildura Show & Shine 2022
In this upload I delve into our most recent venture. Our first attempt to create a Show & Shine here in Mildura!
This was inspired by a similar event held over the border in Mt Barker, SA. One that I both attended and entered my very own car in. After seeing how many like minded people it brought together I thought it was something my local area was lacking. So many car enthusiasts in Mildura that were wanting to show off their pride and joy. They just needed a reason to do it and a place to have it. This car show was to be for everyone no matter what they drive. If they're proud of their vehicle then they can show it off here!
A massive added bonus of having every single cent collected from entry fees, raffles and gold coin donations was given straight to the local charity, CHAILIS.
From what we heard and what I saw I believe our event was a success! Raising over $1000 for the charity, gaining multiple sponsors and having a decent turnout we look forward to doing it all again next year. Though with one years experience under our belt
