Just for clarification, the movie is not canon to the anime (or the manga) but episode 0 is canon. So Shiki does exist in the anime (as Sengoku mentioning him would confirm), but Luffy's never met him and his status is unknown. Love your reactions and your analysis.

Nami's hairstyle in the swimming pool scene is probably my favorite of hers. I wish she wore it like that sometimes outside the movie too. Nami names the duck Billy because "biri biri" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for electricity. I don't remember if they explained that in the movie or not.

Shiki is way more stronger than what he shows in the movie.

No real One Piece fan who has followed everything can explain to me that this "romance" between Luffy and Nami was not intended by Oda, if we look at all the hidden Easter eggs that the anime has given us over time. about the easter eggs: - Both are always shown as king and queen in the color illustrations. -In dress pink arc for example, Luffy has a jacket with sunflowers (flower symbol of Nami) and Nami has a bra made of Cosmo flowers (also flower symbol of Luffy) -In a newspaper article, Oda drew Luffy and Nami together with a baby in the foreground of the crew members when his child was born. -for the mangaka of detective conan, oda drew a luffy x nami picture, the mangaka is a huge romance fan -since sanji is often shipped with nami and luffy with hancock, Oda answered in Q&A that hancock is one of those girls whose love remains unrequited! The same thing with Sanji when he invites Nami in a cover picture and she says no with a written message -There is literally a film dedicated to the relationship between Luffy and Nami, if it were a friendship the film would lose its depth -In another cover picture where the Mugiwara were on the beach, Nami has a flower in her hair and is looking right at Luffy's face, in tropical countries where you wear such a flower in your hair, this indicates a romantic relationship there

In my opinion, Strong World is the best one piece movie ever made so far. The plot, the art and everything else. They don't make movies like this no more, not even for other animes, including one piece. Scale of plots get bigger when it comes to movies (like super strong villain with power to destroy the world appears), but it just don't feel big if you know what I mean. It's very simple and humdrum. It's like fruits look so good on the outside but it's not rich when you bite it. They only make fancy-looking movies instead of real good ones. Such a shame :(

One of my top favorite movies, a decent 7/10 for me. Also at 14:08 Nami is sitting on Luffy because billy conducts electricity naturally so for her to sit on luffy would be the best choice in that situation. Otherwise, she'd be getting zapped the whole time.

people do stand by this movie a lot, but I still like earlier movies; Dead End Adventure and Baron Omatsuri particularly are worth watching in my opinion, then of course when you're further in there's Z, Gold, Stampede and Red

Luffy look like Pirate Captain Shanks when he was entering Shriki Palace with his crew...... By the way Usopp always use the Dragon Flame incthe actually anime. Remembered when he was the SniperKing and he burned down the flag at Enies Lobby.

Yeah overall great movie but no way could Luffy beat a guy who could 2 V 1 near prime Garp and Sengoku. Even if he was locked away for a few years and went into hiding after he should still have been a few levels above Luffy

Luffy never met Shiki in the Canon. This is not the same Shiki that's in the canon. The shiki here is way too weak. The Shiki in the canon will never be defeated by straw hats with their current level in the movie. My man shiki in the canon was fighting roger, garp and senguko who were the strongest in the OP world.

Next one piece stampade the movie

I think there are one piece reanimated episodes which has better animation then original one. I'm only sure about arlong arc idk about other arcs.
