On the transient tax, if I use my points in Florida, I don't pay the tax. If you use your grand Cal points in FL, you've still paid the transient tax.

Hi Amy and Paul!!! It was so great to see you both at the opening. You guys were so nice and friendly. I’m the person who “mouthed” Amy! Lol. And you are right! I’m a bit of an introvert but I feel like I know you guys 😂. You were speaking with someone and I didn’t want to interrupt but I wanted you to know that you had a fan in me❤. Yes, the Westin has upgraded the landscape of other 4-star offerings in the area besides Disney. Glad you got to experience it. Their restaurant collection is really exceptional, too - Flemings (a chain, but great nonetheless) and Puesto, a small chain, is WELL worth checking out for amazing gourmet tacos!

We ate at Puesto our last night in Anaheim. It was amazing! I’m still dreaming of the lobster guacamole.

Great video! Loving all of this west coast content! I’m thriving! Haha I was one of the shy people who saw you both, stared and then looked away and then looked back! Haha 🙈 me and my daughter took a fake selfie and got Paul in the background 😂 (we were inside the new dvc tower front room)! soo much fun! Something I haven’t heard you guys talk about is the new dvc lounge at Disneyland! Maybe it’s coming up in actual Disneyland park videos ? We visited the new lounge Saturday and did take some footage! Say hello next time. We would be happy to take a photo with you. :) We understand though. Paul wanted to say hi to Bill Diercksen a number of times and couldn’t bring himself to. lol

It was really nice meeting you both and seeing you both doing your incredible work! Your videos helped my husband and I make our decision to join DVC last year. So thank you for helping us! And thank you for taking a photo with my baby girl and me! 😊 We were really hoping to see you both at the opening! Our deluxe studio had a bathtub. We were thinking that we got it since we have two littles. So there are definitely some rooms with bathtubs.

Is the murphy bed missing a piece? I noticed the same on the WDWNT room tour, that there seems to be a trim piece missing from the bottom of the painting at the back of the murphy bed and there is writing in marker on the bottom of the white border.

We couldn't tell if that was missing a piece or meant to look like an original drawing cell from animation or something.
