Join us on our first touring caravan trip for 8 months. We visited Bay View touring site in Bolton le Sands which is part go the Holgates group.
Sound quality was a bit hit and miss on this one as I was trying something new out.

Hi Martin the correct way for cream tea is jam first then cream this is the Cornish way. The other way is Devon there has been a running debate about this for years. 😂

Hi Martin, my wife & I know Carnforth very well. We lived in Grange over sands when we first met 13 years ago. We are currently away on our third holiday of the summer. Just one more left in October. We are the same, we always visit caravan shops when away! 😂😂. We are launching our RU-vid channel in the spring next year. We have been uploading videos onto our Facebook group page. (Home from home with the shackletons). Practicing for next season. Hope your family is keeping well.

It’s a great area and handy for the south lakes and Grange of course. We are also currently on our 3rd trip of the summer, we have something booked for October but not sure that will go ahead. Will have a look at your vids when we get home. Thanks for watching, stay safe, Martin

Hi Howard, Our pitch was B55, facing toilets but this wasn’t a problem. Really clean site and staff were great. We will definitely go back there and request the same pitch. Cheers Martin

Seasonal, you pay to leave the van on site usually March to late October, Touring vans come and go. cheers

Ha ha Graham, I even confused myself. I don’t count arrival and leaving day as a full day. I don’t teach maths...just as well as I’m rubbish at it 😂 Thanks for your support as always, Martin

@@TheCaravanNut You and me both re maths! When we book a on holiday, during the count down Mandy doesn't include the month we're in or the month we go, so in effect she says the holiday is 2 months closer that it actually is !
