2:33 - Videos about food or markets (price products in supermarkets), property prices are usually more interesting a higher audience. Perhaps include also more videos about Veliko Tarnovo (frequently visited by Romanians hence more views) from time to time or Arbanassi, Tryavna but not too touristic stuff as there is already a lot of stuff online but social interactions. Another idea would maybe do a video about Palamartsa village where it is said that there are more British people than Bulgarian and talk to them.

Ideas for videos. I would like to see filming of villages. Just a drive through advising on shops and activities that can be done in the area. Garden for dummies lol def going to need that. A lot of mineral springs in Bulgaria, any good spots you know about, free or not? Maybe look at questions on forums for ideas. Maybe advise on transferring money, setting up bills, paying tax's, mobile plans, driving over from UK (customs etc) Is there anywhere to go to buy 2nd hand washing machines, fridges etc. Maybe on your build include helpful business's. I remember you mentioning the mechanic that Spoke english and was very helpful. I'll like to suggest that your fans puts a link of the guide in the forums when people are asking questions it can answer. Will get you more follows.

Hi, I'm new here, so far the videos are good, there's a few where I decided to skip over, more specifically the ones where you are building the door and windows, don't get me wrong it's amazing, and they look great! I wish I could do that! I found it a bit long and drawn out, maybe speed it up in a time-lapse? I love the rough conversions of prices into something we can relate to (Lev - GBP), this saves me time having to google it, and it's also good for working out a rough cost of living. I would love to see more videos on updates on your property, all the small jobs, not just the good ones but also the ones that are crap (it's reality!). I'm looking forwards to the videos over winter to see what the harsh reality is like living in such an old building. I wish you all luck. I have been toying with the idea of getting a property in BG for use as a holiday home until I am set to finish my Career I have about (10 years left), the plan would be to rebuild it over them 10 years whilst also using it as a working holiday. More video ideas would be showing us your local village, journey to the local town, what the area is like (we have all read about undesirables, I think people create a mountain out of a mole hill personally), local attractions, (Nature Parks, Beaches, touristy places), how well the locals interact with outsiders, talk about the process and any permissions you need to get to rebuild your home, problems with local contractors? Shoddy work, not turning up, trying to scam money out of “rich” westerners. That's all I can think of for now, hope it helps, amazing work so far, I'm rooting for you.

Excellent guide for purchasing property, there are certainly things mentioned that you just wouldn't think of by yourself. Good to hear Dusty is now spayed, that should be a relief! Hudson is a star (as always) and he did seem to be really studying that book!

I've started going through the blog posts. They're both informative and thought provoking. I highly recommend doing the same. I pretty much enjoy all the videos. I like tours of the area so I can see what it looks like, what properties are available, and what the costs are. I like to know about the general costs of living. I definitely enjoy seeing construction, wood working, and ideas on renovation, especially ideas I'm not familiar with. I like the music too. I thought it would have been RU-vid supplied before I found out it was Lee original. I'm impressed!

Yet again well done guys. I've just sent a link to this vlog to a friend who's looking to come over and buy soon. I'm sure this guide will help them. It's your vlogs that made it possible for me and my family to relocate to BG and I'm sure you'll help many many more people make the same move. HI there Found your channel this evening (23 Sept 2022) & watched a few. Nice content, I'm also thinking about buying a place in more rural Bulgaria to fix up as your guys are doing. We currently staying in Sofia (married to a Bulgarian) Have you thought of creating a Facebook group & posting there as well? I'm going to keep watching and follow your progress. Keep me posted on those wood pieces if you do make a guitar, are you a luthier?
