I honestly love the advice saff gave about trying to look at things as a bigger picture, instead of focusing about the problem that’s making us sad. Writing out the positives in negatives, and seeing the positives in paper, is honestly so motivating. I’m kind of struggling at the moment, and hearing that advice from saff and you, I think it’s going to help me with my mental health issues. So thanks for sharing that, I’m going to try and apply that in my life. You have given me so much hope, I wish I saw this earlier honestly aha 💛
