Tito Louie magkano at ilang sq.m lot at area ng bahay? Maganda sya. Sana ganyan aming maging bahay pag nagretire kami. Lot pa lang mayroon kami as of now. 5 more years pa pero baka after 2 years magpatayo na kami. Thank you

We r happy for both of u, just like u we r both retired but we still maintain our home in Toronto. Unfortunately when we went back last April 2024 to check out our renovation to our old house in Manila, naloko kami ng contractor. We decided to fire him and we did the final work to our home reno which fortunately we had a brief 15 days to enjoy before going back to Toronto.

For me, if this will be my retirement home, I will make sure that its going to be wheelchair accessible using the gate all the way to the house. In addition, why did the pedestrian walkway become a driveway? It's a city property, not the owner's. I remember a neighbor of mine in an exclusive village in Laguna who did the same thing and a pedestrian stumbled as he accidentally tripped on that driveway. He sued the owner of the house and won!
This isnt an exclusive subdivision, rather this is a local village, rules like that are not being implemented that much because common sense is used. Why walk on that side when u could easily just walk on the road??

Even if you're not in an EXCLUSIVE subdivision you must know that no one is above the law @@tmrt973 kaya wala na talagang pag asa sa pinas, simpleng rules lang di pa masunod. Porke walang nakakakita gagawa na ng mali. Yuck talaga. Kaya madaming nadidisgrasya kasi may WALKWAY ginagawang extension ng bahay Kelan pa naging WALKWAY ang ROAD. Only in the Philippines hahaha kasura. Gusto ng matinong sistema pero di naman marunong sumunod sa batas.
Pwede naman sa garage idaan ang mga wheelchair if may mga elderly at kong yong problema is yong entrance door medyo mataas nako po 2024 na po tayo may mabibili na po ngayon or pwede ka magpagawa nang stainless na malapad na pwede i level sa entrance para ma i akyat ang wheelchair. Dito sa europe nag work ako sa hospital may pintuan Kami na mahaba so everytime i akyat pababa namin pasyenta gamit wheelchair sa doorway na medyo mataas ang level ginamitan namin nang metal road pang level pababa sa flooring na malapad na pwede ma move out at ma move in. At isa pa di pa naman siguro super Senior ang may ari nang bahay. For sure alam nila yan kasi sa ibang bansa yan sila galing at mostly sa ibang bansa ganyan mga ways advance doon. Dito sa europe kadami bahay dito na mahagdan or mataas ang entrance level pero always may external methods para sa mga wheelchairs

Ask ko lang who your contractor and how much did you spend for your house . We from San Diego, CA and bought our land in Metrogate as well. How long did it take to build . Thank you so kuch . Congratulations for your retirement and new home… we will be neighbors soon….

I’m in my 60’s asawa ko in his 70’s. Gaya nyo my kid wants to stay here kasi this is where he’s born, grow up and has a corporate job now. Kami getting old want to go live for good sa Pinas. Nakaka miss ang Pinas. Babalik at babalik talaga tayo, there’s no place like home ika nga. Would appreciate it if you guys can give me that info, ballpark works enough for me. Keep blogging guys. Nice home. However, if it’s a retirement home, every area, especially the bathroom, should be wheelchair accessible. We can't predict our future mobility needs.

Thanks for subbing. Welcome to our channel. The water is cool enough. Refreshing on a hot day . The pool was built with the house. It's small. Affordable. Maintenance is not too bad.
