I had to go back and re-listen at the start when tim said universal studios Florida when they were walking in. I was like wait did I hear that right, they're in Cali 😆
At Universal Hollywood the jurassic ride has two options for the weather, if it’s cold the ride vehicle stays on the tracks so you don’t hit the water as hard, whereas in the summer you don’t stay on the track and hit the water with more force and therefore get more wet.
In regards to the fountain at the entrance of the park, they had a “metallic Freddy “ scare actor on there for HHN in 2010. Looked like the other statues on there. Pretty cool.
My impression is that Universal FL is for those who want the theme park experience (immersion and fantasy) and Universal Hollywood is for those that want the actual *Studio* experience (sets, stories, props, etc). One is immersive while the other is technical. Both pretty cool, but in different ways. I've only been to FL but would love to go to Hollywood at least once for the backlot tour.
That little hamburger reminded me of the Krystals we get here in Georgia, sort of like White Castles. I saw that little dance, sometimes a guy just has to dance.

I love how secret life of pets has more animatronics . I love universal in Orlando but the majority of rides in front of a screen makes you miss for the old time rides
Lol TIM! The bones at the kiddy playground are a hidden Easter egg for the Jurassic Park series. That one is based on the stegoceratops, a hybrid dinosaur but it’s only been a part of the toy line and in the games. The only time it’s appeared in the movies was on a computer screen for a few seconds during Jurassic World 😁
the jurassic park food is supposedly costa rica food (which as a costa rican i know it isn't ) it's also wayyy overpriced. the water levels on the ride are also lowered when the weather gets colder. If you want good food just take some time and go to city walk.

Honestly for USH you either eat at CityWalk or eat at panda/Simpsons/minions restaurants to justify the price. It’s a shame Tim couldn’t do the tram tour, it’s definitely a highlight of the park personally speaking :)
When we went on the backlot tour last month the family behind us had a toddler who cried & screamed for most of the tour. None of us enjoyed the tour. It might be too long for Jackson to want to be in a seat.
I hope Jenn got to walk around the shops too! She said she wanted to! I think next time you guys need to go to Knotts instead. But Jackson will me so much bigger when you guys go back so their will be more for him to do.
The operators of jurassic world don't always operate the cannons at the end of the drop. The canons shoot water in the air and are responsible for getting wet the most.
They actually did have scarers there for horror nights one year, ghostface would stand like those statues do and scare people , i was 13 when I saw that and fell in love with hhn
I went to a indoor skydiving place in February last year and...it was an interesting experience for sure. I didn't do it for long because I couldn't keep the proper position for my legs and everything.
I gotta tell my figure skating coach about the dino play area and super silly fun land. She has 2 little kids herself and they love play areas of some sort😊
