I came across your channel and I love how much you love the simple part of Mexico! I pray I can do this one day! My husband and I built a little cabin on my inlaws farm in Mexico and it is our goal to live there part of the year and eventually make it our forever home! Love your family and God Bless

The reason as you know is that the any food that is fresh always tastes better because it isn't over processed such as the food here in the states. The food in Europe is also fresh food mostly the baked goods that are sold in the local bakery. I live in California, but my parents are from Guatemala! Makes me nostalgic because my parents would take us to Mexico for summer vacation and I would love it! And I realized that you live very close to My Dad’s rancho. He grew up in a town called San Antonio de Fernandez it’s like 20 minutes from Atotonilco. Thanks for sharing a part of your life with us!

My home is originally Zuni, NM (Native American Pueblo). I grew up around farm animals and big garden areas. Learning from elders of how to cook and farm. Also, growing up with culture.
