After about 2 weeks of lockdown we decided that we wanted to look after ourselves more and we started a journey to become more fit and healthy. Stay tuned till the end to see our progress pictures! Woah hope you are all doing well! I randomly remembered your channel from when I used to visit your channel back in 2017/18 and I managed to find your channel again !! Wow river and cove are so grown up,, last time I watched cove was a newborn :) best wishes to you and the family

Good on you both! You can notice a huge difference in the before and after photos. Bethany, I understand your frustration. Men lose weight WAY easier than women. Andrew and I used to make it a competition until I realized how unfair that was. He'd lose 30lbs to my 3lbs! Also, did River say that if she doesn't wash her hands she'll get worms in her bum cuz that's what her mum told her? lol

Hahaha, yes she did say that.... Bethany told us all that if we don't wash our hands then we will all get germs and then get worms 😂 And it's so funny, we were just like you guys, so competitive! However I actually think B was competitive with me but I didn't see it that way 😂
