The Mental Menagerie was created by 2 vloggers as an outlet to share and document their ups and downs in dealing with their mental health and that if their loved ones. In doing so, they hope to helpnand inspire others in doing the same. They hope that by standing up and being a voice in the sometimes bleak and hopeless feeling darkness, they can help stop the wretched mental health stigma and bring more awareness to the reality that affects so many. More than that, they want to reach out to those who feel they are the only ones and let them know... You are not alone.
This channel was created as a sister channel to Journey to Our Authentic Self. Journey is a channel designed for support, inspiration, comisseration, personal uplifting or for just a good laugh. It centers on 2 vloggers (Jolene and Tracey) sharing our personal journeys in figuring out just who the f$#@ we really are. (Oh... And we have potty mouths, you've been warned.) We have our ups and downs, our goods and bads, and we aren't alone. We have a whole village of characters who pipe in with their journeys too. And YOU CAN JOIN US!
