I just thought i would say,,,, I have had depression etc for quite a while now, but, lukes words, and toms, actually help me, to start moving again. Notice how the weight seems like it's going to stop but when they get the head through, it just pops up! I think that's their secret! I guess when the head's back, you're just using the front delts and triceps. When you get the head through, it's all of the delts, triceps and the traps.

Tom you should go and get your physical therapist to work on your biceps and shoulders just in case, it's better to get worked on even if you don't end up needing to, then to leave things as they are and end up injured. Constant consistency with training is key to success after all :)
