Your new office doesn't seem that big so for you to say it's bigger than your current one makes me appreciate how small that must be. Good to see you've fallen upwards as it were with all the more beneficial aspects of the house versus the older one that you were going through on the Lego channel.

Boring comment time here. If there is anywhere else you can fit your freezer other than the hallway, please do so. Basically any room where you can close the door to it at night and keep your escape route in the event of a fire clear. A fair few nighttime fires are caused by faulty white goods and so having them in your hallway/escape route is not ideal. If you have no other option then please make sure you have working smoke alarms in the hallway and take a mobile phone to your bedroom at night in case of an emergency. We care about you, Kev. Captain boring out!

What a lovely house! And perfect for anna to get about in. How you have both managed on 3 floors i dont know. I have mobility issues myself and 2 floors are enough lol! The garden is also lovely x

4:50 so interesting to hear Kev refer to this space as a "big walk-in wardrobe thing" because in the states that's such a tiny closet. We have walk-in closets in some houses (albeit in rich families) big enough to fit a bed and then some. But I fully get that most UK houses don't have closets. Just an interesting thing to hear! Congrats on the new place! It looks lovely 🎉 I can't wait to see it absolutely covered in LEGO 😅

Nice house. I wouldn't recommend a tumble dryer on an extension cord Kev.. Any appliance like tumble dryer or washing machine with high voltage should be on a mains wall socket. Might want to rethink that plan 🤔

Got to agree very high fire risk running a tumble dryer off an extension cable and definitely not recommended by the manufacturers and I’m not sure if I could potentially validate any insurance if anything happened as a result

How flexible is the landlord with you making lots of changes to house, drilling into walls etc? Every landlord I've had would've thrown a fit!

Really lovely video of your new house now I get the lay out buy seeing this video it’s awesome wow Anna Lego room huge. Um I like how your office and Lego room next door to each other Kevin awesome and I love how you describe the toilet I’m useing that saying when I go looking at 4 houses on the 12th of August this year We’ll have a happy time moving pack a little buy little. I think furniture goes in first that way u can see how much you can fit in each room and then writing on the boxes so u know which room they go into and what’s inside each box too Well happy new memories ahead for you both love from Kate Australia

please dont put a tumble dryer on an extension cord, thats asking for trouble. an electrician will be able to put a socket in that cupboard in about an hour

We’ve run our washing machine off an extension lead for the last 4 years. And before that I ran my tumble dryer off an extension lead for nearly 20 years!

Running off an extension lead is fine as long as you’re running just that and literally nothing else. Otherwise you’ll overload the socket

We always book through Magicbreaks, they’ve had some great deals over the years. We’re going in September, staying in the Newport Bay hotel right next to the park, including 4 days park passes, half board meal plan and Eurotunnel crossing for around £750 per person.

Unfortunately not. Apparently houses and cars work differently from other expenses - but a proportion of the house can be, ie the bits that are used exclusively for work. Which in the new house would be the office and the Lego room.

I see. I don’t think I’ve seen a woman wash a dish. It’s always been the man’s job in every house I’ve lived in. That’s why it’s so important to me that I have a dishwasher!
