Our New Torque Converter For The Trailblazer SS Cam Only Record! But There’s issues…

We got our brand new torque converter to continue chasing after the TBSS cam only record. We have a set back on install but GOOD NEWS is Circle D is getting us taken care of! Some quick testing and we can tell this thing is going to rip!!!!

I have a Circle D 4200rpm stall in my Camaro SS with a 6L80e transmission and so far l love it l think their customer service department will make it right with the exchange and l think you'll be pleased with the results when finished good luck love the Trailblazer SS good luck with the mod

Thanks man! It’s going to fly with this new setup! Just ran a 7.70 index race yesterday and pulled a ton of power out to slow it down enough to run 7.70. Video on that dropping tomorrow!

What transmission are you running? And what did you do to delete the awd system, I'm also in the works of building a trailblazer, not an ss but one that came with a 5.3 I'm using a lq4 6.0 decent cheap build cam and alittle boost

I’m running a 2wd 4l80e. I just took out all the AWD stuff and did this instead.

@@a.bproductions5737 you can use 2wd hubs or take your cv axles apart and bolt just the outer piece that goes through the bearing back in. I’m running a 5 lug setup so it’s deifferent.

I have a protorque 4l80 and i am looking too change it for a circle D what do you sugest me? I send 2 times my converter too ProTorque talk too joe rivera and still foot brake is wat I don’t want 🤦🏻‍♂️🤯

ProTorque makes a great converter but if you want to make the change give Circle D a call. They are very sharp too and can help you spec out the right converter for you

They are in there new building and production is running great so they should have you all setup in just a few weeks. I’m sure they can give you an ETA.

They are both great converters. How the converter is built means a lot more than who built it.

Do You have an extra torque converter you would like to sell bro ? Looking for one , around 2800 to 3000 high stall converter . It's for My 01 Chevy Silverado 5.3 with a 4l60 .
