I think it's so admirable that Ashley is such a hard working, determined athlete a force to be reckoned with yet She makes it look smooth and a walk in the park. Who would of known she has issues with her vision. That is not freaking easy!!! Somehow She does it and does it Damn well> Amazing>> very admirable :)

Sandy said the top three looked like they can be the winner whichever way they went, she also said in the case of Lauralie, her posing carried her to the 4th place, my take away, if the feedback is very minimal, then Ashley can work on her posing to get her closer to first place, Sandy said she can figure out the faults in seconds it’s the winner she has hard time deciding and she would like to see someone on that stage telling her here I am, the winner you’re looking for, I wish Ashley would stop stressing about passing the year, she already planted herself in the name of the sport and no one is waiting for her to fall down so please enjoy your Olympia run next year and aim for the title

I hope female wellness competitors' physiques become softer, similar to how Taylor's physique is softer than the typical fitness competitior. There are many women who are too big for bikini, but too small for wellness.

I was at the Olympia and it was SO cold in that room. I felt awful for the bikini girls. But you all did such a lovely job!

Hi ASHLEY and ADAM !!! Congratulations to both of you on Mission Accomplished. For ASHLEY I have a Quick Question if you don't mind ??? I am currently 56 years old and have an Eye Exam for ESOTROPIA STRABISMUS surgery. It is the initial exam to hopefully lead to the Surgery for CORRECTION. Have had it for about 2 years now in my Right Eye. Sorry to notice, but is your left eye that you had the surgery on Bothering You again ? You are amazing and beautiful, and I was so happy to see in your ALL TIME BEST CONDITION at the Olympia. If you are again having complications with strabismus, is it normal to have the surgery and get it fixed like you did? then again in near future have a flare up of the same thing ? THANK YOU.

I think it's really silly that bodybuilders are required to do pre-show stuff like panels and meet/greets. Makes it feel less like a sport and more like an entertainment event. You're an athlete, so your focus should be 100% on the event until the event is over. Just my opinion!

...Last comment, LOL Fitness 2nd place is LittleTFitness aka Taylor or is that the other way around. She is going to change this division. Notice her and, of course, Oksana !st place is not a huge competitor, but has been weight training, Taylor hasn't...Taylor has spent 20 years developing and perfecting her skills. As she said, now she can dedicate more time to building. BUT does she need to? I can't wait to see what transpires...That little girl and that smile and all that talent, BOOM!

I haven't watched the last 15 mins yet but there was some peoppe thinking the cut of Ashley's suit at the back the T-back wasn't as flattering as a rounder one? It was similar to Isa last year and there was some criticism about the suit cut

I think Ashley definitely is a people pleaser Because most of us love her and want her to compete for as long as she can! So she is alrrady pleasing her fans and the haters are a small minority.. just look at the subreddit for bikini anyone who talks bad about Ashley competing a lot gets put down quick! Glad shes letting that fuel her passion but they are a small minority

Bikini girls are so classy AND STRONG. I also notice that most of you have little to no tattoos. I also notice the winners do not have distracting tattoos. Weird the things I notice. Congratulations Ashley, you're a winner! ps Adam you are the best. I love how you are always giggling and good vibes.

Here is an example of what the judges want. Ariel Kahar took 4th in fitness. Ariel won this years Arnold! Taylor beat out Ariel! and Ariel didn't come in condition compared to the Arnold. THAT is what happens in competition. Do you guys do chats? Sorry for annotating, this was so good to here all the stories. TY

So does too lean mean too skinny or does it mean too muscular/ shredded? Looks like they really want soft, pretty muscle that is well-conditioned. Not rock hard look. What is the age-limit?

Does anyone know if women's wellness competitors have liposuction surgery on their abdomens and/or bbl for their hips and glutes?

So what would happen if the athlete put themselves first and said no to some of the commitments?
