Davendra Singh used to be a buyer of Yaqona in the past. However, due to intense competition among buyers, he decided to become a Yaqona farmer instead. To establish his venture, he purchased a farm lease in Qereqere, Bua.
He was provided with a farmhouse, and water tank, and received frequent visits from the Ministry of Agriculture for advice.
