In this video I talk about Twinkl and why we decided to use it.
As a homeschooling Mum I love Twinkl because it makes me feel confident in my ability to teach my children everyting they need to know.
It provides a heap of resources that cover English, Maths, Topics and Themes that are all relevant to national holidays and special traditions like easter etc.

I still love this and use it daily, even just for basic colouring pages, word searches and dot to dots. Hands down, the best money I spent.....apart from my laminator 😉

I am from Canada and just started using it. I like it lots so far. I like the Plan it option and Phonics so great! I also like you can assign games for them to play

You just sign up online. There are 3 options. Otherwise if you can wait they normally offer free download days and some people just get what they need there. I started off with the basic core membership and then upgraded to the ultimate because it was so good 👍

I really want to homeschool my son, but finances is holding me back. My son gets bullied daily and he's now getting to the point of being scared to going to school.

Hi Maureen. I am so sorry that's happening to your son. It is such a tough space to be in and for many, it becomes the main reason Homeschooling becomes a favoured option. Many of the families I know in the Homeschool community are on a single income, it's not easy, but it is doable and sometimes it means making some tough decisions for the future. I hope you can find a solution for you and your son x

What printer do you use

We have a HP Color Laser Jet. I like the option of colour and as a few things I like to print off and laminate so that they can be reused. Coming from a tech background I always look at the price of the printer, but equally the cost to buy the laser cartridges / toners. As sometimes, the cheaper printers have more expensive cartridges/ toners.
