The DISRESPECT to tomsoyer5639 for not deleting your comment IMMINENTLY and writing a 30 page essay on why you won't post cringe again is quite frankly DISGUSTING.
Matt, you really push the limits of some of these categories. Leclerc's last 8 finishes were: 4, 3, 3, 1, 2, 5, 1, 3. Unless he gets a Grand Slam, there's no way he can be considered a good surprise.
Well, win minimum for sure. MAYBE pole, 2nd in the race, and the top two were in another league to the other 18 cars... as long as the winner isn't Sainz.
I’ve been refreshing RU-vid since yesterday waiting for the predictions! 😂 Going for the furthest north award, I was watching from the Greenland Sea (N80.01, W 1.20) a few weeks ago, sitting on a ship in 3,000m of water surrounded by ice. Thank you guys for content, I’m always on the look out!
@@LednacekZ it’s not the 2023 car with the 2023 cornering features . The competition is closer. Over taking will not be a breeze. If he starts at the back he’ll get up to like 8th. But then again it’s probably wet races
As a Brazilian I have to say that I am glad to see all the excitement for the Brazilian GP. We love it and we love receiveing everyone from all around the world. Love u all F1 fans out there ❤🇧🇷
Calling it here: With Max’s grid place penalty for Sunday, he does a false start to zoom by the cars he needs to get in range to where he can mess up Lando’s race. Red Bull gonna argue that the stewards have to use Perez’s 5 second penalty as the standard penalty for it
We all remember what happened last time Matt wore that hate. Charles didn't make it past the formation lap without being parked under the tire barrier.
For Matt to qualify for biggest good surprise points... surely Charles either has to win, or come second in a race with Lando where they're miles ahead of everyone else.
Technically it's called the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, so as brilliant as that intro is it's sadly obsolete! (Just joking. That was great. :p) My predictions: Biggest good surprise - Max Verstappen (Returning to the top step and without having to resort to driving anyone off the road) Biggest flop - Williams (I'm imagining both cars out in Q1 and a seriously floppy race) Sprint pole - Oscar Piastri Sprint race winner - Max Verstappen Pole position - Max Verstappen 1st - Max Verstappen 2nd - Oscar Piastri 3rd - Carlos Sainz One crazy prediction - Max actually races cleanly for once :p
Love the Brazilian Grand Prix. Ok, let’s see if I can do a little better this time. Biggest good surprise: Hulkenberg Biggest flop: Albon Sprint Pole: Sainz Sprint Win: Leclerc Pole: Leclerc P1: Leclerc P2: Sainz P3: Norris Crazy prediction: Alpine double points finish. (In the Grand Prix)
Tommy has already got his crazy predicton right because he predicted Lando to Win and Max not on the podium and that is more than 10 points gained so locked in
Kmag imo is currently in his 2022 form when he was comfortable with a car, and now we again have gotten to see how good he is and that he is actually on Nico's level. The question is if he can keep this up
Good surprise: Bottas Biggest flop: Stroll Sprint Pole: Hamilton Sprint Winner: Sainz Pole: Leclerc Top 3 3: Hamilton 2: Sainz 1: Leclerc Crazy Prediction: Neither McLaren nor Max get on the podium of the race and it isn't because of an on track incident or mechanical failure
In theory this track suits the McLaren's down to a tea with max taking an engine penalty if lando doesn't stick it on poll with Oscar protection then you can say goodbye to landos title hopes I predict lando 1st Oscar 2nd and then Russel with the Ferraris behind them then Hamilton and Max
Biggest flop= Sainz Biggest good suprise= Magnussen Sprint pole= Leclerc Sprint Win= Norris Pole= Norris Top 3 Norris, Leclerc, Piastri Double points for Haas, with K-Mag in the top 8
My predictions for the weekend: Biggest good Surprise: Liam Lawson Sprint Pole: Charles Leclerc Sprint Win: Lando Norris Pole Position: Carlos Sainz P1: Charles Leclerc P2: Lando Norris P3: Oscar Piastri Biggest Flop: George Russell Crazy Prediction: One of the big names get knocked out in Q2
Biggest good surprise: Piastri Biggest flop: Lawson Sprint pole: Leclerc Sprint winner: Leclerc Pole: Norris Top 3: 1. Norris 2. Leclerc 3. Piastri Crazy prediction: Max will DNF in the GP
The short track thing doesn't make sense to me. It only makes gaps between cars as measured in seconds slightly smaller than typical. Half an hour's racing (or 100 km of racing) is still half an hour and a typical number of corners and straights.
Biggest good surprise: Piastri Biggest flop: Leclerc Sprint pole: Verstappen Sprint 3rd: Piastri Sprint 2nd: Norris Sprint 1st: Verstappen Pole: Norris 3rd: Sainz 2nd: Piastri 1st: Norris Crazy prediction: Perez to reach a Q3 and not be bottom in it
Biggest good surprise: Hamilton accepting he cant win the WDC, sacrifices his race in a show of goodwill taking Max out, giving the fans some 2021 Merc vs Redbull nostalgia vibes before he leaves Merc for Ferrari.
