I know! That's why I get so mad when people call them irresponsible and abusive just because they didn't fix lark. When there are owners that could've just threw them on the road or forced abortion. They are here doing EVERYTHING they can for them. So those people that call them horrible need to shut the hell up

Riley O'Shell I don’t think they made the decision to not have her fixed lightly, it’s obvious that they do extensive research on medical care for their dogs. They also obviously listen to their vet. The decision I’m sure was made wisely!

*(Sorry for the rant, I started with one sentence and then like magic I was typing a book XD But I just wat to spread important information, it's not personal but just information that you can hopefully use one day and/or help others to not make a mistake when getting a new dog.)* Really bad idea. Never keep 2 (or more) sisters litter or a mom and daughter. Females have a higher chance of getting territorial, dominant and aggressive if you keep sisters or a daughter. This is something that happens later when their hormones start really kicking in or when they are in heat (and after that). You can't tell a dogs true personality until they are 2 years old, I see it happen often, one day everything is fine and the next day they completely change. I train dogs and this is one of the many mistakes people make when they get a dog or have a litter. Another mistake people make is getting another dog but not taking the dog they already have to see if they get along. People think that because their dog is dog friendly that they can just get another dog but a dog that is dog friendly outside can suddenly be very territorial/dominant on their territory. So you have to test if they're compatible on neutral ground first, walk outside a little bit and if it went well then take the dogs into the yard. It can be really sad for the dog that is more submissive, they get so scare/ insecure that they become a shell of the dog they once were and they shut down emotionally. That's why allot of shelters/rescue organisations don't adopt out female dogs when there is already a existing dog in the home or they want 2 sister. I always recommend male dogs for first time dog owners, that doesn't mean your dog won't be really dominant/territorial but it does lower the odds.

They already plan on giving her to one of their female friends. It would be pretty shitty for them to be like “acccctuaally, we want her. Sorry”

I feel that way too. Yes Lizzie already picked her but how he said now that might not be the case if pink has more health issues. I think as unfortunate as this is, everything happens for a reason. I feel they were meant to keep pink. The eye colors (do any other have it?), larks connection to her, and the fact that this might put her adoption on hold I feel are all big signs!
