I wish this were true. Then Ruby’s mother could have been Isis, the goddess of magic. Unfortunately no, Ruby being 3082 is only her “calendar age” as stated by the ambulance. The ambulance calculated the difference between the current year and her year of birth. 3082 was not her biological age.
Ruby's mum is an Osiron and Ruby contains the Eye of Horus, hence the powers she seems to have. The Doctor will have to go to a planet (possibly the destroyed Osiron home world) to talk to Ruby's mum to learn how to use Ruby to contain, or destroy Sutekh. Just a theory.

it doesnt add up that Sutekh, someone never described as a celestial being like the toymaker or maestro or any of these beings that just defy the universe it self can be the true big bad here? The universe birthed Sutekh, he was powerful but placing him suddenly as someone even the toymaker wouldnt play with isnt adding up, the toymaker said my legions are coming and somehow I dont see how Sutekh is one of them

Why do you hate it? I'm not trying to provoke you I am genuinely asking your opinion. Saying "I hate this thing" is only provoking arguments from people because you are giving no context.
