I will eventually come by train from the airport. Is it easy to get up into this particular hotel? Is there a lift instead of an escalator so I don’t have to drag my suitcases on the escalator, please Thanks in advance for the information.
There is one long escalator that gets you to an elevator that then takes you up to the hotel lobby. To be honest, we always took the escalator and did not really look for any elevators but that's not to say there aren't any. If I were to guess there probably is one somewhere, we just didn't pay attention. Malaysia is pretty good when it comes to accessibility. Thanks for watching!
