Wow. The difference in Dashy from last year to this in terms of passion and how bad he wants to win, is INSANE. The whole team is oozing passion and I cannot wait to watch y’all the rest of the year
The thing that stood out to me the most is you heard dashy was trying to come in early to play some snd challs or whatever when the biggest problem for him last year was that he didn’t show up on time
Honestly I think having some Canadian bruddas with him is really what ignited the fire. I know him and Illey played a lot coming up, and seeing how much Ray and Illey push each other is probably what got Dashy firing on all cylinders
@@ThatGuy-nv7cx Even like now i was in Formals stream and Rambo was home streaming it was like 7pm and Dashy was still there grinding i think i saw someone else. Might have been Illey.
Dashy is maturing into a leader before our eyes. Great to see the passion from him. Also, love how they air out their issues but all appreciate each other.
Rambo is exactly the type of coach they need haha, also loved the detail it showed with Paige taking Inder to the doctor. These kids probably haven’t done crap like this before, I remember going to my first doctors appointments without my mom and had no clue what was going on.
Yea gamers are like big baby’s it’s cringe and cute at the same time cute as in LMAOO your like 21 still needing someone to accompany. You cringe as in BRO YOUR 21 you shouldn’t need anyone accompanying you. She’s the goat tho fr.
Bruce and Inder have so much passion that doesn’t normally get seen. It’s a testament to both their growth and Rambo’s coaching ability. Being able to take criticism as the coach and using it to better understand the players intentions behind why they want/veto certain maps/situations is how you make great players better. They are gaining their voices and not afraid to fight for their reasoning.
I noticed that about Ray. The Goach takes criticism and uses it. Actually listens to the players and let's them voice their opinions. Even though they didn't really win anything, this process showed a lot of behind the scenes and I loved that
@@Justb99xbox really? Cuz when they lost to surge dashy kept saying “why we playing them on bocage when they shit on us”… “their Berlin isn’t even nasty” n he was completely right I still don’t know why teams play surge on bocage hardpoint they’re one of the best in the league at it. Yet Ray kept saying “I don’t want to hear about it” or “that’s not productive rn” great coach n all to keep them motivated but dashy is right n he just kept saying doesn’t matter
@@zainarif1654 yeah but he’s also tryna build them and change their mindset. Which he’s not wrong for. I think it’s good that he took time to hear them out, that’s true leadership. But ray also had a good point. Can’t never could if you’ve heard that before.
yo the discussion at the start in the first 5 mins is insane.. illey saying "you're my coach I love you" or something along the lines was incredible.. I had goosebumps through it.. I love how you can see the hardships in the process as well as good moments.. much love to the whole team man, I love this
I love these vids honestly watching the process and what it takes for them to be where they are and even the hardships they go thru that no one speaks of love to see it !
Creds to roger n matty n whoever else was part of the filmmaking / editing process. As a photographer / videographer myself, this is so well put together. The pacing is perfect, it’s not overly cut, and the story is clear n concise. Love it
Love this team since 2008. Remember seeing Hecz talk about how he acquired OpTic while watching him play MW3. Surreal seeing how much y’all have grown. Love the greenwall family 💚
Love the process because it really shows us all the passion, intensity, struggles and hard work. It allows us to see a perspective we are often blocked from. 💚
gotta love illey bro, you can see that dude dedicate to only winning. also respect to rambo for becoming a coach and setting that standard for the future.
Good job again Roger. This really shows how much mental preparation and awareness needed to do well in these games. Really opens your eyes and is interesting
The ability to take such a devastating loss in a tournament while still breaking it down together as a team shows how much passion they all have. These guys truly care about how they play as a unit and it goes further than that. They are all like brothers to one another working to be better and even when they are hard on themselves for making mistakes…that is what makes a championship caliber team. It will be exciting to see illey return and play alongside them because I know he has been watching them compete and also learning more and more about the game. Especially on the maps he wants to improve on
You win some and lose some, all you can do is stay level know it happens sometimes and bounce right back cause y’all know your worth. Glad to have seen y’all for all these years. No matter what we stay faithful.
You dont have any clue how much this masterpieces would blow up if there were any spanish subs, i saw Hitch looking for some editor and all the OpTic On Español stuff, i know is coming.
22:15 while funny it's sad that is how Seth thinks because of how he's been treated through the years. He can't enjoy small things like jewelry because he'll get grilled if they lose.
Love this CoD team, they are so diffy. The drive, the motivation, the passion, wanting to have the tough conversations to be able to get better and move on from it. So tippable. Have a great feeling about champs with this squad. Keep up the good shit and can't wait to see iLLeY back on the main stage with his brothers. #GreenWall 💚
I can’t wait for the next process, behind the scenes of how the teams chemistry has been with prolute💚 also Dashy maturing & Paige being the team mom is amazing to see🙌🏻
The fact that we’ve had 3 different winners in the majors and none of them have been FaZe is ridiculously This year is full of so many ups and downs Hoping the boys on OpTic can take it home at the end of the year
Love him on OpTic, I feel like he does a lot behind the scenes with coaching and things, and I feel like everyone loves him But he deserves to start, honestly. He deserves a spot on a team
This just shows how much the goat of coaches Ray is. He's calm in heated arguments and in an instant he's saying Illey your not playing we're looking at the bigger picture. Rambo just has that commanding presence that makes Optic much better as a team
I LOVEE that scump listens to Sender, he may not have the flashy history like rambo, but as a coach, he became a student of the game & knows sooo fuckin much ab it, he's obsessed!
Hecz should seriously consider hiring a sports psychologist for these players. A lot of the heartbreak moments from last year, mental blocks, issues with this year, and longevity of players can be both prevented and increased with a sports psychologist. At Sniper school it helps tremendously to have professionals there to get over those situations and after studying it, in my professional opinion it would be a massive game changer for Call of Duty eSports
