I was induced and also had a c-section. I remember feeling that I failed by delivering my child that way. But as I see my baby’s face I am just so thankful for the chance I had to bring a miracle into this world. And the pain I went through was all wort it. You did great Hannah! I love your attitude with how things went. Positivity goes a long way after you give birth. Keep up the great work!

So precious. The grandma had me ballin. Maybe bc I'm a granny too. I'm surprised they let him come home being so tiny. Of course you are a nurse Hannah so I bet you will give him the very best care. Dad looks like his heart is so full. I hope y'all let anyone and everyone help you. My biggest advice is it does take a village. You need to rest when you can. If people can stop in to clean, walk the dog or bring a meal BUT without you having to feel like entertaining them. Take tons of pics and videos bc it goes by so fast. He will be a year old before you know it. It will be so sweet to watch him grow.

Hes so gorgeous! And I love that you named him after your late brother, that's really sweet. Hes going to grow so fast, I was induced for my baby at 39 weeks for similar reasons - my baby boy wasn't growing as much as he should - particularly in his abdomen. Since birth hes grown at such a fast rate, hes now 4kgs! He was born 3rd August this year :) We named him Theodore - which means "God's gift", because for a long while my husband and I didn't know if we could have children because I have endometriosis, and so we felt like our son was a blessing from God, a miracle baby :) I'll be praying for you three, that God keeps you all safe and looks after you all. The first 2 weeks is really crazy, and don't feel bad if you feel overwhelmed or a bit out of your element, because its such a huge change - and mothers go through a crazy drop in hormones the first few weeks - it can throw you a bit - you feel so many different emotions. I remember I felt sort of sad to not be pregnant anymore, even though I was super happy to hold my baby in my arms. Its just the big change and the hormones, its like the biggest thing you'll go through in life I think :) Our baby boy is 4 weeks now, and we've really settled into parent life now. Ofc we have some rough days, where baby is grizzly and doesnt sleep as well, but those days come and go and you'll also have really easy fun days :D A baby is such a blessing, so soak it up as much as you can and really enjoy being in the moment - even the difficult ones :)
