I’m a retired RN having had 10 years in OB. I also have had 5 babies. So you’d think I’d be desensitized. Oh, not at all. It never gets old, it’s never not miraculously beautiful!! I could feel Daddy’s fear!! And I have to tell you that I was crying watching you both hold your perfect little gift from God for the first time. My eyes are still wet as I type this. God is good ALL the time, yes? ❤❤❤

I could feel Hannah's relief when she'd came back from surgery to see that her baby was ok. You did great Mama & Daddy!!!! I look forward to watching him grow up!! Congratulations!!!!!

Love you guys. I had 2 kids and our daughter passed and now I only have my son. My wife and I had talked about having a couple more but we waited too long and now I regret not having had 2 or 3 more. They are your inheritance and a blessing.

At the 5:45 mark my wife had preclampisa. I know that feeling. When they took her back for her emergency c section I dropped to the floor and cried harder than I have ever have. But everything worked out. My daughter is now 3 in half and hally and healthy

I love how honest you both are! When you are induced it’s so painful so, getting an epidural is only natural. I had to do that too especially because I was induced. My son was born august 6th 2017 on my 25th birthday ! Also my son’s name is Jace. I love how supportive your husband is. Y’all are lucky to have each other. God bless you all!

I am a little late to the game here but I recently went through a similar situation with my wife needing surgery and it taking over tice as long as what they thought it would be. I am beyond happy it worked out great for you. You both seem to be so great together and for you to end up with a healthy child is awesome!

Oh my gosh congratulations!! He is pure perfection and Hannah you are a rockstar. My daughter was also IUGR and I had to have her at 31w due to pre e. I also had to have a c section and while my husband could be in there, I was out of my mind scared and so was he. She was 2lbs12.9oz of pure perfection. We call her tiny but mighty and that’s exactly what your little guy will be! If you need anything, prayers, advice, an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, anything at all please feel free to reach out to me! My daughter is now 1 and thriving and I know how scary those tiny babies can be, but I also know how amazing it is to watch them grow and thrive. Hugs to you all and congratulations again!
