It's not the content, it's you brother. There's tons of farmer channels out there, but you attract because you're happy, and it shows. Birds of a feather. Keep up the good work.

Got to watch this video again. Absolutely love Habaneros. Best flavor out of all the hot peppers. I made a fermented hot sauce with the ones I grew this year, I need to make about 10 pints this year. I used 2 pints in 3 months. I am also trying a new one called habanada. Supposed to have no heat. I will do a less hot sauce for my wife with those. Thanks again for the videos.

@TheLogisticos
@TheLogisticos 3 года назад
Hey note to veggie boyz you will get lots of love with the Habanero peppers as African /Caribbean /Latinos use these peppers fresh to make various sauces. I fear that your regional demand may not be there yet but I would encourage (someone) get on the teleohone and or Internet and sell those hot peppers they are pure gold but they have not realised there full potential yet in your area. I implore you to reach out to new markets your growing setup/farm management is so much better than everything I have seen. Blight is a major problem with transporting these peppers but I'm sure you guys don't have that problem this is a definimate marketing advantage. Fyi I import by air about 6 pallets habinero a week just for my own needs as a small vegetable importer wholesaler from the dominican republic here to Canada. Every Monday I search out new business and ways to expand, this us how I found you guys who knew in would be such a rewarding search. Keep up the good hard work. And with that growing family I would push your wholesale/export angle the world/market is changing and I hate to see even one tomato left in those gorgeous fields of yours Thx.

I saw the title, and it took a few seconds for it to click in that you were talking about your hot peppers you grow. It's sad you can't grow carrots, but that rocky ground isn't really good for them. I'd sure show up for those beets and beet greens if I lived closer. Unfortunately, I live over a 10 hr drive away, and in another country. lol!!! Great work on the pepper picking. Now just need to learn how to pickle your peppers. That way we can call you Peter Piper. lol!!!!! Also, you can freeze bell peppers as long as you take out the stem and seeds. Easiest if you either cut it in small squares or strips. That way there you have fresh peppers for meals, and they don't need to be thawed first. I just use mine frozen, and within about 5 minutes they are thawed and on their way to being fully cooked. Can't wait for the next one!!!

I'm not about growing the super hot Chilis, but I do like the fermented hot sauces mixed with mayo.
