@@sleepslong9302 what you on about half scottish half english? He was born in Johnson in Glasgow and moved to Stratford upon avon when he was young? He is scottish and As for being British yes he is the same as every one born under British rule but scotland is a country same as wales and northern Ireland and people born in that countrys will say that they are Welsh, Irish, scottish rather then British only english people say they are British nothing wrong with that but gordon says he is scottish. He referenced on tv a few time also. 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Some of the most nutritious bits of fruits are the leaves/skins of fruits, strawberry green bits, kiwis skins etc all have tons of goodness in them

I don’t think they’d care what order it was in if all 3 of them were on the podium at once. You never see Luke or Tom disappointed when the other comes higher up than them they love each other’s success as a team/family which is great to watch

For anyone wondering; 10 whole eggs, avarage sized comes to aprox 400grams; 877kcals - 55g protein, 5g carbs and 70g of fat.

Must be small eggs. A medium size egg has around 7 g protein. I think the big boys have L or XL eggs 😉

It's funny watching this video knowing that 6 months later Tom wins WSM. You look at people like Brian Shaw being as healthy as he can. That video with Terry Hollands in Costco where Terry eats the chocolate peanut butter cup and Brians like ''can you not control yourself'' to Terry. Tom's here like eating doughnuts and take away.. Top tip for perfect fried eggs........pour in a little water...say 25ml and put a lid on the frying pan and let the steam cook the top of the eggs. No need to flip them, perfect runny yokes/
