600 g of protein/day is insane

It's pretty easy to make your own chicken stock, especially if your dad is a dedicated chef, just boil a leftover chicken carcass with a bit of veg/herbs if you want and that's it.

I've always disliked Hafthor, but gained huge respect for him just when said that the rock could keep up with him for couple days. it tells me that he recognizes someone great.. but knows that his area of greatness is only attained by choosing to be more than uncomfortable day after day in a different area for a lifetime. That's humility

Hell yeah that’s awesome man! Glad it’s working for you. I add chicken broth to my meals especially meals with rice as well because it’s proven to raise glutamine and really help digestion. It made a hell of a difference when I added it in. Glad to see you back in strongman

Did you think about beating some (several!) Guiness World Records as 'The only person in the World weighing 200kg of above' able to do a lot of things, like running, I'm quite sure you could beat world records in that category from 60m all the way up to 1000-3000m (I guess you would be able to jog even longer distances but then it does collide a bit with your other goals), also jumping, I'm absolutely sure you would set unbeatable World Records in the 'Over 200kg' categort in long jump and triple jump. I got still a lot of ideas, and I think people from Guinness would be quite interested in adding such a category of records, a win-win situation for them and for you, as this would attract a lot of interest.
