I think Best Buy all around the world sucks they are scammers they also sell a lot of reused products that dont even work well. Happy you were able to get a refund and new camera you guys handled this situation very well

I stoppped going to Best Buy years ago . The clerks in the store will ignore you and actually hide. Ask them about a certain item...uhh i dont know. I will say their online service is fantastic, If you order something you may get it that same day or early the next day

I remember my new desktop HP computer stand broke off and had to get it sent out by the Geek Squad at Best Buy on Fordham Road where u guys went too since I brought the computer last year in December 2023 had to wait like u guys 2 to 3 weeks to get it back and I was so bored at home without it had to be on my cellphone and my I-Pad most of the time it wasn't the same without my computer I would call the Best Buy Geek Squad number mostly like everyday or every other day to see it was there and they said it was in the store on check the Best Buy app it was in transit like yall said and when I go they said it's not in the store oh I was pissed about that every time and this happend this year but I finally got it back that one Sunday and glad I got it back good thing I had insurance on my computer and glad what u guys did at Best Buy questioning them when will u get your camera back also they said that Geek Squad will call me when my computer get back in the store they never called me at all I checked the Best Buy app most of the time to see if it was in the store or not.
