OurLand was founded in 2015 as one of Thailand's first privately managed wildlife reserves. We are located at the Southern tip of the Western Forest Complex and Salakphra Wildlife Sanctuary. This region is heavily impacted by habitat loss, degradation, and human-wildlife-conflict
The OurLand reserve functions as part of a wildlife corridor, connecting the wildlife living in Salakphra to a critical water source, the Kwae Yai River. We also operate an ecovillage and education center where we monitor wildlife, test nature integrated living strategies, and bring conscious tourists and educational groups to learn about sustainability and the environment
Ourland works to protect and reestablish wildlife corridors while developing sustainable techniques and systems for living in harmony with nature.

OurLand is located at the southern tip of the Western Forest Complex, one of the largest contiguous forests in SouthEast Asia. We currently protect 26 Rai of a strategic wildlife corridor adjacent to Salakphra Wildlife Sanctuary, protecting the path to an access point on the River Kwae often frequented by wild elephants and other creatures.
Our conservation efforts are bolstered by our ecovillage, where we test drive sustainable techniques and technologies that encourage integration with and regeneration of our natural world. We seek replicability in our designs and use locally available materials when at all possible.
Our ecovillage also functions as an education center. We take student groups, members of the local community, and engaged tourists through our reserve, ecovillage, and local conservation projects. We also facilitate a connection with the natural world through new-normal online courses.
