Out for a Walk in Normandy 

We very much enjoyed walking down to the beach while in Normandie. We stayed close enough we want most days. It is cold and windy out there in the spring, but very beautiful. The ivy covered stone structures, and trees that host a whole ecosystem of other plants are central to the feel of the French countryside. Putting that alongside the ocean was a treat.
Fortunately the video does not capture the smell of the freshly manured fields we walked by. That was not the best part of the experience, particularly the time we had the misfortune to walk by while the truck was in the field spreading it.
