Oh Olga that is one of my favorite patterns! So gorgeous! You are so blessed to have nature so close at hand. That little gadget would be good for when I walk my dog in the evening, now that the sun goes down before 5 pm.

Olga, I am so happy to see that you enjoy being in nature while creating a crochet project. It looks so peaceful and calm where you are. I also enjoy the great outdoors, and love to crochet in nature. The color palate of nature is my inspiration. I live near Yellowstone National Park in the U.S.A, and we have bears here, grizzly bears. Bear spray is always on hand.

I love the spot you picked to sit. I live near the Palo Duro Canyon. It it so beautiful down there! I always feel better when I got down there. It's great. Some of what I saw in the scenery where you are made me think of it. Maybe I need to take a little tip down there, soon, before it gets too chilly to sit out and enjoy it.

Hi Marian, I've never been to Palo Duro Canyon, but I looked at the pictures and it looks so grand! It's amazing how many breathtaking places there are on the planet!

@@OlgaPoltava It really is. Most ppl driving through this area just see the flat plains. There is much to see that isn't. It's quite a large canyon but nothing compared to the Grand Canyon. It is beautiful and when i was younger, I used to hike all over that place!

I also like to walk in nature. Having a pepper spray is a very good idea not only on a nature walk , but in the city as well. I had a personal alarm at one time, but cannot find it anymore. I think pepper spray is illegal in our country. I’ll check it out. Thank you for sharing that with us.
