Hi, my question is about the pre-spray. Is there a tool that I can connect to my mytee 2002cs to be able to pre-spray , pre- treating spots? Also, powerful, decent and budget ?? (like hydro-force or something? thanks. By the way, this video helped me make up my mind and finally bought a "mytee contractor special package" about a year ago. In the beginning, I bought this machine for my steam carpet cleaning business. But I ended up creating a car wash and detailing business because the machine doesn't work very well on very dirty and greasy carpets................don't get me wrong, this machine is perfect for medium traffic carpets. If you have read all this, thank you very much.
There are inline sprayers out there that may work, but we do not make one. We would recommend a separate external sprayer for pre-spray though, since the solution used to rinse/extract is generally different than one you would prespray, so keeping them separate is more convenient. I bought this Extractor 2 weeks ago used it 2 times. On the 3rd time I tried to use it and I couldn't receive a suction from my upholster tool. I had water in my solution tank. I turned it on properly. I primed the tool and turned on the heat, next I turned on the vaccum and it came on but I didn't get a suction from the tool. Everything was connected nice and tight. Can you please tell me why I'm not getting a suction? I missed out on 5 cars that I was suppose to be detailing because of my suction issue with my upholster tool. This is a good brand and I love using the machine but I just wish I could fix this suction problem
Make sure your lid is on tight and the dump valve is closed! If you hear vacuum motors coming on but not getting suction at the wand you either have something blocking airflow or you are losing suction somewhere. I purchased this machine a few weeks ago. Went to use it the first time and realized my hose does not fit in the connector. I screw the connection fitting on the machine, the hose will not stay connected to the fitting, it keeps falling out. Any suggestion?

If I get the 8070 will I be able to buy the 12 in handle and clean carpets with it too bc I think the 12 in is going to be to big to clean the cars with too

You can do that yes, though we recommend that route more for spot cleaning and small rooms, the capacity of the 8070 would make full wall to wall carpet cleaning too slow to do regularly
That's not good! It sounds like you are sucking dirty water into the vacuums. Make sure to 1. empty the recovery tank completely every time you refill the machine and 2. make sure you aren't building up foam inside the vacuum tank, either by using a non-foaming cleaning agent or using a defoamer inside the recovery tank. This should solve the problem.
Does anyone know what size is the quick connect solution hose? 1/4'' ? I was thinking about getting this use a pressure washing gun to clean PTAC / ac coils Thanks
Correct. Normal pressure washer is too high in pressure that damages ac coils so I figured with low psi and heated water cleans and sanitize. Just what the pros use with a truck mount machine that they use for carpet cleaning also. When doing PTAC they turn the PSI down.
This thing is trash i bought one and tried it out the vacuum hose comes off the machine its not tight at all worked for 10 minutes and the pump quit working and the heater quit working did all the troubleshooting and nothing good thing i didn't bring it to a customer's house and found out the hardway
