On this TrailRecon adventure my son Jordan and I hit the dirt in Trona Pinnacles, an out of this world looking location, with the intention of camping right in the middle of it. But our adventurous spirit gets the best of us and we end up exploring until we are more than 100 miles away in Alabama Hills by the end of the day.
