Hello Tony. The emission laws are actually federal laws that apply to what ever emission the truck was built with. In your case it will depend on how much of the work you are doing to it yourself or if you have a shop or mechanic that is willing to do that for you. We do our work for customers, so we end up having to make sure the trucks that we work on have the same or more emissions than they we're built with. You yourself, could absolutely take the truck back to no emissions. Your biggest obstacle would probably be finding a exhaust shop do exhaust without catalytic converters. If you are going to have outside shops perform some of this work. I would stop in and ask them how stringent they are going to be. Some shops take that risk. 86 Step side. Nice. Don’t know about Jerry’s musical tastes, but I listen to almost anything. Except Spanish stuff!
