something you might not know is that gravity battler's recharge is the same as basic battlers, so in theory, gravity could be used as an expensive alternative to basic in levels where you can get a good economy (or when paired with economy units ex. tix collecter, sailor, etc.)
Fun fact: Mafia Krip used to be unstoppable in the early days of TBB because he had no reload back then. He had over 100 DPS before he got his reload, which is just ridiculous.
A thing i'd like to address for banhammer battler is that while he has just worse stats in general, the shockwaves are close enough to have a very likely chance to hit its target 2 times for double the damage (its never missed the second hit on its target). I would honestly say if it was sort of a sidegrade sword battler's brigand battler where it had the same stats of hammer (including price) but double the firerate for its shockwaves, It might've seen some usage even when it had 8 second firerate which might've been during the earliest stage of gacha/pre-golden bucket (correct if im wrong pls) Edit: forgot to say that drummer battler due to having a a time frame where it can give the buff it makes him more versatile than bugle battler allowing to build extra units with the buff during the small time frame of maybe 2-4 seconds and also due to the range buff it allows easy buff chaining(requires atleast 3+ drummers depending on the time between their apply time).
Honestly used brigand for chap 2 as it’s a helpful for 1 star normal chap 2 due to dealing with those shield guys and being anti red for more effective hp
Lil doombringer can do 244 damage first form lv 20 while its alt form deathbringer can do 144 but 500 to bases hes 2nd phase can do alot infernu is good hes 2nd form more range and literally a lill aura that inflicts hell fire or fire damage thats alt form and heres about the normal form lil turking is slow but not that slow has burn damage and both forms do 66 or 65 or 63 64 damage at lv 20 and lil turking 2nd form is fireballs and higher firerate like hes boss
Ik the fact that he doesnt do as much compared to others but for the dmg he provides per hit make him rather motor bike but with more fire rate in hand and doesnt die if You are winning so i use him for that other reason other than that hes just a faster meatshield thats 1k
(you dont have to respond this comment since you already discussed builder spot with other person) Dont spit on builder that bad bro, i have experienced him being useful, if the offense of the enemy is not that bad or you are in early game, you can manage to build a wall without it breaking, it may be worse than trowel but not that horrible to put it in f tier like it was absolute garbage, it can be actually better than trowel in many boss stages, and i'd say he is fun to use by actually having to play smart with timings for it to work granting a better reward than trowel
I see, after multiple plays after this video. I notice the powerful use of Speed Battler. the "emergency meatshield" role is actualy more important than estimated in the video. Thanks for the feedback, albeit I reply late as I've just realized the viability of Speed Battler recently.
@@4thwallbreaker843thank you for understanding my true use! i kinda love saving my teammates by being a emergency meatshield, even if i die atleast i save the situation.
According to several feedback and experience, several Battlers have been misjudged. Here are the list, reasons and updated tiers for them. Builder Battler (Major change) - The wall, while takes time to build, still builds quite fast to take advantage off the extra HP and he doesn't always suck on hard levels. Albeit, Builder Battler is still worse in several common scenarios compared to Trowel Battler. Tier Update - F tier (High) to C tier (High, 2nd best C tier) Soccer Battler (Major Change) - The DPS loss isn't as significant as expected when used in practice. The knockback from Soccer Battler causes him to be comparable to Pirate Battler (against traitless enemies) while being cheaper. Despite this though, the utility is different and extra money is better than single-target knockback and for single-target firepower, other Battlers like Mafia Krip or even Singer Battler would perform better. Tier Update - F tier (High) to B tier (Low, worst B tier) Celebration Battler (Major Changd) - The DPS of Celebration is comparable to Mafia Krip plus the ability to trip enemies. However, the effect is not AOE and cannot affect large enemies like Telamon Battler or any of the bosses. Powerful against peons when combined with AOE firepower or stalling but the synergy isn't always effective or needed. Tier Update - D tier (Low) to B tier (Mid) Banhammer Battler (Minor Change) - The shock wave from Banhammer Battler hits the enemies right in front of him twice, nullifying the single-target DPS loss. The damage is still too swingy to fully compensate however. Tier Update - Banhammer's tier is unchanged but now considered to be the best C tier Battler. Katana Battler (Minor Change) Katana Battler isn't a literal direct upgrade as I thought it was, more so a sidegrade as she trades her high DPS with the crowd control ability and the DPS loss is quite significant. I still think she is great, just not as good. Tier Uodate Katana Battler's tier is unchanged but drops down to Low A tier rather than Mid A tier. These tier updates will be included in the next The Battle Bricks tier list video where I'd included Card and Badge Battlers.
Excuse me Celebrtion in D??? Celebration is bassicaly better Mafia Krip More range (4 more then mafia krip) Same Dps Trips enemys Can be more effective agaist armored enemys (Very minimal upside) dosent cost bricks (Again Minimal upside) the only downsides is that hes more expensive and and a slower reacharge by 2 SECONDS and costing a heck of a lot more Exp to max out also wana give an example of a stage that he works in Death bringer: use him and goala and boom no peons will dare to get close to atacking id argue A tier is a better spot for a guy who can actualy pull of a jack of all traits quite nicely
I placed Celebration Battler in D tier mainly due to the expensive price. The DPS and stun are decent but unlike Stunner Battler (The Battler I compared with in the video), he cannot stun large enemies like Titan or Telamon Battlers in which is a big deal for how expensive he is. But being distinct from Baller and Soccer Battlers, the supportive role that Celebration Battler posesses actually works decently, it's just the price that kinda drag it down. You've got some good points there though. It's debatable whether the price is worth the capability or not since Celebration Battler is a damage and support Battler in one, saving your units for other stronger units. Let me experient with Celebration Battled more. Maybe, I'll change my mind.
Oh and Soccer does NOT deserve to be in F tier. His lower damage legit doesn’t matter if you’re using him as a sub-DPS. He has 18 range which is good (Lets him survive most massive explosive enemies). Insane knockback with fast firerate for only $300, and he’s also good to keep Treasure Sellers and Bucket Taggers at bay. He also has 336 HP at level 20, which is insane for a backliner like him. Pair him with grenade and he can act as a solid main DPS. He’s also way cheaper and way more viable for early game. And on the whole “Can’t use him on harder stages” part, just stack him.
It deserves d tier. Stunner straight up does his job better and you drop him the moment you get rocket/krip/coil/expo or basically just any good ranger in general, it serves a niche that doesn’t do much of anything, especially at high magnifications, and there are conventionally bad units that serve its niche infinitely better
Soccer Battler is still a Battler you can use. You can win with it but most of other options are better. Like I mentioned in the video, Soccer Battler is a Battler who has the basics of every role (Above Average HP and price for meatshield, Below Average DPS for firepower and knockback for support) but not specialized in any role in particular. Meatshield? Battler and Trowel Battler. Firepower? Mafia Krip. Stall? Stunner Battler. Anything Soccer Battler can do, other Battlers can do better, even Baller Battler, the regular form counterpart. On easier stages and bosses, yeah you can get away with it but on harder stages (Like Chapter 2, 2 or 3 star-stages and Tumors Mode), Soccer Battler cannot do anything at all because his power is too generalized. However, if you play with Soccer Battler and you enjoy it, go on. After playing with Baller Battler myself, I like Baller Battler, knowing that it's not good in any means. The only thing to note is, your favourite Battler won't always be viable.
I prefer ranking them once I get Tumored Battler and Tumored Trowel (Or at least just Tumored Battler cause holy crap Deathbringer 3 star is incredibly hard to defeat) alongside with the rest of Card Battlers.
Builder battler in f tier??? sorry, but thats where flashlight battler and pre chapter 2 b money goes, not subpar at worst trowel goes, if you managed to do the painstaking task of keeping the wall alive for 1 second, that wall is as good as built, and that wall will stay for quite a long time. and also it "just building a tanky wall" is just reeking of double standards, all trowel does is build tanky walls, better yet, these walls have a higher base hp than _lil turking_ so yeah b tier at minimum, most likely sits in low-mid a.
From my experience, it is really hard to utilize Builder Battler in harder stages. Builder.Battler is a Trowel Battler that's worse as an emergency meatshield. It cannot be a lone meatshield unlike Trowel Battler and it takes some time to fully finish the wall, albeit the HP increases linearly. The double wall HP is handy. Longer stall time for the same price is nice but again, on harder stages, it's hard to take advantage of as you'd be overwhelmed before the wall finishes. When I said "All it does is build a wall," what I meant was that when you are winning, the extra wall HP doesn't matter as much as you'd be steamrolling the enemy or even if you're only slowly pushing, you'd probably have a stronger Battler to tank units for you and Builder Battler would just turn into a regular meatshield without being much of a game changer. Come to think of it, I probably underrated Builder Battler too much. However if I were to move him up, I wouldn't move up as high as you. I'd move it up to C+ or B- tier as some of the major strengths of Trowel Battler are gone when turned into Builder Battler. You do have some good points though. I probably need more experience with Builder Battler to justify this further and rejudge him.
@@4thwallbreaker843 who the fuck uses only 1 meatshield, and plus, it can be useful early game as a stall, and sometimes even better than trowel. And like I said, at worst its just a worse trowel, even if it never builds, it still takes at minimum, 2 hits to defeat it (no, splash damage never existed YOURE DELUSIONAL)
@@4thwallbreaker843 also, some of the shit thrown at builder battler's way can also be said for trowel, if youre winning, its just a big wall. And sometimes a stray can hit a trowel and it won't even build.
@@youraveragerobloxkid Well again, I probably need more experience with it. For now, just leave it there as a "template". I mean, we're talking this through theories and each other's experience so we probably (Or at least, just I) have to go back and play around with Builder Battler more.
They are not skins, they are alternative forms. They have different statistics from the former. You have to upgrade the Battler you want to switch form to level 10 to unlock it. After that, there will be a button to switch into the alternative form.
In the loadout section, you can bring 4 more Battlers. The default setting requires you to press space bar to switch your loadout to the 2nd half of your entire loadout. If you don't wanna do that, go to settings and turn off "Unitswitch". There, your loadout will show all 8 Battlers (Though, this doesn't work on mobile.)
