Friday night is ‘TJ’ night ! As soon as I see those engineering rakes I’m hooked😀 I’m off to an exhibition tomorrow 🤞 so I’ll keep an eye out for the odd hopper. Must get around to getting a test train too. That music is so relaxing after a hard day, love the top’n’tail at the end. The class 60 & take did look pretty good!!! Thanks very much! Happy to hear you liked it, I must admit I’d rather forgotten about this running session! Yes, these Dapol JNA Falcon wagons are fantastic. Detailed, easy runners and surprisingly cheap in today’s silly money market so I’d definitely recommend them! The test trains are fun ones to model too since many have all sorts of windows blanked out, grills and vents added and even lights too making them interesting to look at and a favourite of mine! Glad you liked it though, and the music too since this is a tad different to the cheesey acoustic songs I usually put to my running sessions! Nice video all the trains on my mind currently . 👍I used to have a tata steel 60 need to bring one in again but still can’t decide which one ?I think the 60s and the 73s are my favourite diesels like the head and tail network train great running session 👍🥂cheers
Thanks very much! I'm glad you liked the video. Yes class 60s are great locos and hornby's model still has to be one of the best around despite being about 15 years old nowadays. There's plenty of choice out there, but I always like EWS or DB red on a 'Tug', though some of those special liveries really do look good too. Definitely agree though, I'm very much a sucker for class 73s and 37s (as you'll already have guessed!) and 33s, 60s and the occasional 47 has to also be up there. Glad you liked the trains that ran, I'm currently editing another running session now so hopefully that'll be uploaded later this week.
